In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, Crushed Chilli flakes (red pepper flakes) and ginger.

In a large cast iron skillet or frying pan add the minced beef and fry for 3-5 minutes until the meat is browned. Drain the excess fat from beef and set beef aside.

In the same pan, heat the garlic infused oil and add the frozen peppers, cook until they soften and then add the sliced spring onions. Continue to fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetable are soft and warmed.

Add the browned beef mince back to the pan and stir to mix together vegetables and mince.

Stir in soy sauce mixture until well combined, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.

Serve immediately, garnished sesame seeds, if desired.
