Label freezer-safe bags with the smoothie name & date.

Add banana, blueberries, spinach, peanut butter, and chia seeds to each bag.

Remove as much air as possible and seal tightly.

Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Blending Instructions (When Ready to Use):

Dump the contents of one smoothie bag into a high-speed blender.
