How to Make Smoothie Dump Bags

  1. Label freezer-safe bags with the smoothie name & date.
  2. Add banana, blueberries, spinach, peanut butter, and chia seeds to each bag.
  3. Remove as much air as possible and seal tightly.
  4. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Blending Instructions (When Ready to Use):

  1. Dump the contents of one smoothie bag into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add ¾ cup lactose-free milk (or almond milk) and ice cubes if desired.
  3. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
