Measure out the fruit (if using frozen, no need to defrost)

Place ingredients into a small freezer-safe bag or container. If you like, you can also add the shredded coconut.

Seal the bag or container, removing as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn, and store it in the freezer until you’re ready to make your smoothie.

When you’re ready to enjoy your smoothie, simply empty the contents of the smoothie pack into a blender.
