Tips for the Best Low FODMAP Smoothie Packs

✔ Batch prep in bulk – Make 5-7 dump bags at a time to save effort.
✔ Use reusable silicone bags for an eco-friendly option.
✔ Freeze banana slices separately first to prevent them from clumping together in the bag.
✔ Want more protein? Add a scoop of low FODMAP protein powder when blending.
✔ For extra creaminess – Swap ice for frozen almond milk cubes.
