Preheat the oven to 180 C

In a medium bowl mash bananas. Add the oats, beaten egg, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract and cinnamon into the mashed banana and mix together .

Once the above ingredients have been combined gently mix in the blueberries to the mixture.

Line a muffin tin with liners. Spoon the mixture into each muffin cup.

Bake for 25-30mins

Let cool for 5 mins before eating. Once cool you can also store in an airtight container or freeze in a storage bag
