  1. In a large pan over medium heat add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Once the beef is browned, drain any excess fat from the pan.
  3. Add garlic infused oil, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, stirring to combine. Let cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Warm corn tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side or in the microwave for 20 seconds.
  5. To assemble tacos, spoon the seasoned beef onto the tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce,, cheese, sour cream, coriander, and a squeeze of lime.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side and enjoy!
